Work Out Planning

The Fall 2009 Ping fitness classes are up and we are hoping to attend some classes together if our schedules permit. It is always easier to find motivation when you go with friends, so here are a few possibilities:

Monday: CORE 7:40-8:1pm
Tuesday: Zumba 8:30-9:30pm
Wednesday: CORE 12:10-12:55pm
Thursday: Zumba 8:30-9:30pm
Friday: CORE 2:10-2:40pm
Sunday: Zumba 5:15-6:15pm

Everyone on the team should strive to workout at least 3 times a week. It can be difficult with class schedules but everyone need to take the initiative!
